1 June 2023 – More receptor oligomerization in the aGPCR family… Berkay also got his MSc degree and his countdown has officially started for the PhD position in Germany.
10 September 2022 – After playing with numerous biosensors and pains of aGPCR signaling we congratulate Nil for the well deserved MSc degree.
7 September 2021 – Congratulations Merve for beautifully defending the homo-oligomerizaton of ADGRG1!!! She is officially a PhD candidate now 👏🏻
27 May 2020 – COST Action CA18240 Website launched!!!
4-6 March 2020 – Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Son and Orkun “very courageously” attended the CA18240 Adhere’n Rise COST Action general meeting held in Leipzig, Germany.
14 November 2019 – In Brussels, Belgium our COST Action CA18240 Adhere’n Rise was officially started.
21 June 2019 – The 2219 TUBITAK scholarship was awarded to Orkun Cevheroglu. Orkun will investigate the NT – 7TM interactions and receptor activation mechanisms in aGPCR family at Dr. Demet Arac Lab in The University of Chicago.
13 March 2019 – Merve Murat joined the Gpr56 signaling and trafficking: receptor structure – function lessons from BFPP mutations as a TUBITAK scholar.
13 March 2019 – Sara Mingu joined the Gpr56 signaling and trafficking: receptor structure – function lessons from BFPP mutations as a TUBITAK scholar.
11 December 2018 – We were awarded the TUBITAK career grant 3501 to investigate the cellular signaling of ADGRG1 and the molecular mechanisms underlying the congenital brain disease called BFPP.
13 September 2018 – Our first grant application to TUBITAK entitled “Dimerization in Adhesion GPCR family: from structure to function” was accepted!
